TierListr is operated by Jules Ian Gilos.

TierListr is provided as a personal app for creating and organizing tier lists. You are responsible for how you use the app and for keeping your device, backups, and Apple account secure.

TierListr may be offered as a free app with optional in-app purchases, including Premium features. iCloud sync across supported devices is included for all users. Free users may see ads in the app.

If you make a purchase through the App Store, Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and related purchase policies under its own terms and platform rules.

Features such as iCloud sync depend on Apple services, internet access, compatible devices, and supported app versions. Ads, analytics, and other connected features may also depend on third-party services and internet availability.

We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features when needed for legal, security, technical, or product reasons.

TierListr is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device setup, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party platforms, device problems, connectivity issues, or user actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the latest version will appear on this page. By continuing to use TierListr after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
